How long does it take to process my order before it ships?

Usually 1-3 days, with the exception being the holidays/weekends because I have committed to being more present during family time!

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept visa, mastercard, apple pay and paypal.

Do you offer custom orders?

Everything that I offer in shop has already been pre-made. I make everything by hand in small batches and update as frequently as time allows. Unfortunately this does not allow me to accommodate custom orders at this time, but there are tons of fantastic small shops that can help you out!

Why don't you do licensed prints i.e. Disney?

Unfortunately as much as I love all of the licensed prints they are just that, licensed and I am not an authorized reseller. I enjoy showcasing a ton of prints that were designed by small surface pattern designers and like that I am able to offer unique and modern baby prints this way!

Are your products safe?

My bibs and pacifier clips have gone through physical and chemical testing, while my loveys have gone through flammability testing through a third party lab. While testing is not regulated in Canada it was the only way to ensure that these products were up to Canadian standards. They are my highest risk products so I chose to make sure that they stood up to the test. That being said babies should ALWAYS be supervised while using any product.

Do you offer discount codes?

I do! I frequently offer discount codes and the best way to know when they are live is to either sign up for emails or follow along on social media! When you sign up for emails I will only send you discount codes, sale notifications and updates when new seasonal collections are live. Spamming isn't my style!

Why do you only ship to Canada?

Long story short, insurance. I worked really hard to become insured and even getting Canadian insurance was difficult!

How do I get my baby featured on your website/social media?

DM/ email me pics and permission! That's really all it takes. I love all feedback and I love seeing your little ones styling my products.
