Returns and Shipping

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the hygienic nature of my products I do not accept returns or exchanges and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. With that being said if you have any issues at all with anything you buy please do not hesitate to contact me and I will work with you to see if we can figure something out!

How soon after ordering do you ship?

Since I am very small batch I aim to have your order done and shipped out within 1-3 days. The only exceptions are around holidays or weekends where I focus more on my family.

What Shipping options do you offer?

I currently am able to offer $2.50 UNTRACKED oversized lettermail shipping via Canada Post for items that are able to fit in this category. I also offer an upgraded flat rate $10 TRACKED expedited shipping option via Canada Post. All orders over $100 get FREE tracked shipping.

Due to COVID-19 please expect delays. I know that it is not ideal to have to wait up to 4 weeks for your untracked item to arrive but if you are on a time crunch please choose the tracked option.

If you chose untracked over sized lettermail it is unfortunately out of my hands once I hand it over to Canada Post. Please wait the 4 weeks before reaching out so we can allow the postal workers to safely follow COVID protocols  and try to get your package out to you!
